Recently Government of India have approved for one Indian Institute of Technoloy for Orissa state.It is to be noted here that University College of Engineering,Burla (Sambalpur) being the age - old eng. college in the state of Orissa.It is located between industrial area having well equipped infrastructeres.As it is situated in western part of Orissa, state govt. have been administering stepmotherly attitude.Please extend your kind hand for the proctection of this only long cherished institution in western orissa.
